Overlooking Algecira's bay, the hotel is located just 500m from the frontier with Gibraltar. The city center of Línea the la concepción is within a 5 minutes walk, and beautiful sand beaches can be found only 2km away. The hotel features 225 rooms, 24/7 front desk, concierge, currency exchange, WIFI, meeting rooms, business center, restaurant, snack and cocktail bar, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, rental car service and private parking (with charge). We are wheel-chair accessible.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
