Description

This attractive apartment complex is centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the Octopus Water Park and 400 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beaches. A range of shops and entertainment venues are situated in the immediate vicinity and the nearest public transport stop is only 200 m from the complex. The complex comprises a total of 447 apartments within a seven-storey main building. Facilities on offer include a cosy bar and a restaurant. Guests can also make use of the in-house laundry service. The tastefully decorated apartments come with an en suite bathroom, a combined lounge/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a balcony or terrace, and a hire safe. Active guests can enjoy a game of tennis.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
