Ideal for beach vacationers, this apartment hotel is located in Playa de Palma and is about 150 yards from the sandy beach. It is about 8 miles to the center. There is a bus stop nearby. 73 apartments are available to guests in a 1-story main building and a 5-story auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car rental service and a wake-up call service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and an elevator. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
