This apartment complex is situated 500 meters from Levante Beach and 1. 2 kilometers from Benidorm's Old Town and city center. Guests will find numerous restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, with public transport access just 50 meters away. The nearest golf course is only 5 kilometers from the complex. This beach apartment complex offers guests a bar-café with a terrace and a poolside bar serving meals. Each apartment features one bedroom, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom, and a dining-living room. Some apartments also have a terrace. Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with a children's area, a terrace, and two bars, each showing Sky channels on two TVs. The bar terrace also features billiards. A play area is available for children under 5. From May to October, the complex organizes karaoke nights, subject to the entertainment schedule.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
