The apartment complex is situated 500 metres from Levante beach, and 1200 metres from the Old town and Benidorm centre. Guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Access to public transport is just 50m away. The nearest golf course is only 5 km away.This complex of beach apartments offers to its guests a bar-café with terrace and a poolside bar serving meals.Each of the apartments has one bedroom and a lounge. Each comes with kitchenette, fully equipped bathroom and a dinning-living room. Some have a terrace. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with a children's area, and a terrace. In each bar there are 2 TVs with Sky channels. In the bar terrace there is also billiards. Furthermore there is a play area for children under 5 years. The complex also organises karaoke nights from May to October, depending on the entertainment programme.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
