Situado en Playa Blanca en una zona tranquila y apacible. Hay una pequeña playa a 100 metros, la popular Playa Flamingo está a unos 800 metros y las playas de Papagayo se encuentran a 10 km. El centro de la localidad se encuentra a 3 km, mientras que el puerto de Playa Blanca, con servicio de ferris a Fuerteventura, se halla a 2,5 km. Hay una parada de autobús que le lleva hasta la Estación de Playa Blanca situada a escasos metros del complejo. Las habitaciones superiores son las que hemos reformado recientemente con un diseño más vanguardista pero sin perder el encanto de nuestra arquitectura. Están provistas de plato de ducha extraplano y grifería con efecto lluvia así como con una agradable luz LED perimetral en dormitorio y salón. Todas las unidades cuentan con secador de pelo, A/C (por un coste extra), caja fuerte (coste extra), TV vía satélite,wi-fi, plancha y tabla de planchar. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
