Description

Built as a typical Spanish village with an area of 32.000mt², it is the perfect place to enjoy the holidays with family or friends. It has a wide and delicious variety of food and drinks at our buffets, a lot of different daily activities and fantastic night shows for entertainment. All designed to make the most of the experience of our “All Inclusive”. The Park Club hotel is located in the so called “Golden Mile” of Playa de Las Americas, just a few steps from a wide pedestrian promenade with large shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment and varied nightlife. Also, a few meters away is the nearest beach where you can relax and enjoy the warm days on the island. The hotel will be completely closed from May 2nd to May 17th, 2024 for renovations to its facilities.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
