This attractive apartment complex is located right in the lively town of Cala'n Bosch and is only around 400m from the pretty sandy beach. An abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is situated approximately 50 m from the hotel. The welcoming complex was completely renovated in 2002 and comprises 70 apartments in total. Facilities include a pretty pool and garden complex, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the complex's laundry service. The tasteful apartments include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a telephone, a minibar/ fridge, central heating and a hire safe. In the outdoor complex, there is a swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. For guests' amusement the complex has an entertainment programme. The nearest golf course is located about 10 km from the complex.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
