Este complexo de apartamentos situa-se centralmente, apenas a cerca de 50 m do centro turístico de Playa de las Americas. Aqui encontrará restaurantes, lojas, bares e pubs. A praia fica a cerca de 300 m de distância. O transfer para o aeroporto Tenerife Sul dura apenas aproximadamente 15 minutos. O complexo situa-se por detrás de Las Piramidas. O complexo de apartamentos, renovado por completo em 2006, dispõe de 4 andares com um total de 74 apartamentos, atraindo em geral um público jovem. A recepção em serviço sob 24 h e as outras comodidades são partilhadas com o complexo vizinho Las Piramidas. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
