This apartment complex enjoys a central location, only around 50 m away from the tourist centre of Playa de Las Americas, where guests will find countless restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Tenerife Sur Airport is located at 14.8 kilometers. The nearest beach is located just 300 m from the hotel. The complex is located behind Las Piramidas apartment complex. Renovated in 2006, this complex has a total of 74 apartments over 4 floors. 24-hour reception and further facilities are available in the neighbouring complex Las Piramidas. A currency exchange desk, a small supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and TV room are on offer. The stylish apartments include an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette and are well-equipped as standard. The hotel features a swimming pool and sun loungers as well as parasols in the grounds.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
