Description

Located in Costa Adeje on Tenerife's southern coast, this attractive complex is just 100 meters from the beach and close to Playa de las Americas' center with its shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport. Tenerife South Airport is about 16 km away, while Tenerife North Airport is 95 km away. Completely renovated in 2004, the complex offers a 24-hour reception, a cafe, a bar, a TV room, and a restaurant. The bright, modern apartments feature a full bathroom, a small kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave, and a terrace. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with a children's section, sun loungers, parasols, and a poolside snack bar. A gym, table tennis, and billiards are also available for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
