Description

The complex is located in Costa Adeje, on the southern coast of Tenerife, just 100 m from the beach and very close to the centre of Playa de las Americas. Many shops, restaurants, bars and public transport links can be found in the vicinity. The Tenerife South Airport is around 16 km and Tenerife North Airport is 95 km away. Completely renewed in 2004, this attractive complex has offers a 24-hours reception, cafe, bar, TV room, and restaurant. The bright and modern apartments offer a full bathroom, a small kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave oven, and terrace. There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's section where clients may enjoy the spacious pool area with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a poolside snack bar. Also, there is a gym, table tennis and billiards available, all for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
