The property was renovated in February 2013, it is located in a quiet area surrounded by pine forest Reina Sofia Park, 200 meters from the golden sandy beach and 400 meters from the city centre. In the surrounding area, guests will find plenty of golf courses. There are scores of shops and other entertainment venues to be found here and public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel. This attractive hotel was built in 1999 and features 57 rooms spread over three floors with an en suite bathroom. All areas are equipped for disabled people and has an accessible room. The facilities include a spacious lobby with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a conference room with Internet access, a bicycle storage facility and a TV room. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
