This pleasant hotel enjoys a splendid location in the tourist area of Playa de Palma. The fine-sand beach, exquisite restaurants, lively nightclubs and pubs, numerous shopping venues as well as local public transport are all found in the surrounding area. The centre of Palma and San Joan airport are only a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The city hotel was built in 1970 on a main road, renovated in 2020 and comprises of 29 rooms on 3 floors of which 2 are singles and 27 are doubles. The hotel facilities include a lobby containing a reception, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a kiosk and a supermarket. Dining options include a café, a snack bar as well as an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs. In addition, guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the games room, the TV room and a terrace. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
