Description

This hotel is located on the Costa del Sol, 100 m from the beach, 20 kms from Malaga and 15 kms from Malaga Airport. The Sea Life aquarium is only 500 m away. The beach apartment complex comprises a total of 139 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby and lift access. The apartments all come with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and offer a double bed. Further in-room amenities include a satellite/cable TV and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine and individually regulated air conditioning is provided in all accommodation units as standard. Guests may take advantage of the 2 outdoor swimming pools and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
