The residence is located on the Costa Dorada in Coma-Ruga, a small seaside village well loved for its immense white sand beach flying the ''blue flag'' the international ecological award to promote protection of the marine environment.Located facing the beach, the residence consists of 10 small 3-storey buildings without lifts. All 71 fully-equipped apartments have a terrace and the ground floor units have a small garden.The residence is surrounded by greenery and has an outdoor swimming pool. The beach is opposite the residence and is reached on foot. Numerous activities in the immediate vicinity for active holidays: a horse rising centre in Torredembarra, a sailing club on the beach, tennis courts, a sports centre, and more. Turistic tax: 0.99€/person/night from 17 y. DNI is needed from DNI from 16 y. Baby kit 30€ 1-6 nights, 40€ more than 7 nights. Pet 11€/night.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
