Terrazas Costa del Sol A/MA/01053 is set around a beautiful central square with fountains and palm trees, creating an Andalusian atmosphere.Take a dip in the complex's large swimming pool, with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Rock of Gibraltar. The nearby beach is equipped with sun loungers and a tapas bar.The spacious air-conditioned apartments are stylishly decorated in a contemporary style with a Moorish influence. They have a kitchenette and open onto a large furnished terrace. Only 1 pet (dog/cat) allowed, please check rates, direct payment.We have 2 swimming pools:- A family pool with lifeguard and limited capacity.- Another smaller round pool exclusively for people over 16 years WITHOUT lifeguard.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
