Die Apartmentanlage befindet sich in ca. 300 m Entfernung zum historischen Zentrum von Tossa de Mar, einem der schönsten mittelalterlichen Fischerdörfer der Costa Brava. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 600 m entfernt.Der Komplex besitzt 38 Apartments, die sich in 3 kleinen Gebäuden befinden.Die Apartments verfügen über einen Wohnbereich mit einem ausziehbaren Sofabett sowie über eine kleine, aber vollausgestattete Küche mit 2 Elektro-Heizplatten, einem Mikrowellenherd und einem Kühlschrank bzw. einer Gefriertruhe. Sie sind zudem mit einem Badezimmer mit WC, einem TV, Klimaanlage und Heizung ausgestattet. Zudem besitzen sie einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln.Die Gäste können den Swimmingpool der Anlage nutzen.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
