Description

The development is located at km. 11 Gran Via in La Manga del Mar Menor. In frontline Mediterranean and about 50 m of the beaches of the Mar Menor. At about 1km there is a new shopping center with supermarkets, hairdressers for ladies and gentlemen, pharmacy, banks and the Tomas Maestre marina with a wide variety of leisure and water sports. This apartment resort has been recently built on the seafront and features unique facilities, furnishings, electrical household appliances and decor, all selected with great care. There are 12 apartments, each with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The complex has spacious terraces and gardens, a promenade, a garage (local charge and subject to availability) and an outdoor car park on the hotel grounds (subject to availability). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
