The Playacanela Hotel is located about 5 minutes far from the Leisure Centre 'Marina de Isla Canela' and 3km far from a magnificent Golf Course. Enjoy our themed swimming-pools with funny slides and jacuzzis (exclusive access to children over 15), sunbeds on the swimming pool and playground (minigolf, pingpong, petanca, shuffle board) perfectly set up for families with children due to its large rooms which include satellite TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and bathroom including hair dryer. WIFI free. Children will have fun with the Delfi-Club for children, a place to stimulate their imagination with a wide program of activities. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
