This resort is located right in the centre of Playa de las Americas, one of the main tourist settings on the southern coast of Tenerife, in the Arona district. Just across the promenade, guests will find a magnificent beach surrounded by all kinds of entertainment venues. The unique architecture style of the complex, with curved lines and irregular shaped windows, as well as, the abundant vegetation and views of sea gives a modern and exotic appearance. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
