The PLAYAMAR APARTAMENTS are a very good way for those who wish to visit the city using the independence that this type of accommodation provides. A building comprising of 23 floors with 46 one bedroomed apartments. Of particular note are the panoramic views of the garden and of the swimming pool. Among the offers from the kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster,crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. We also have an outdoor Summer terrace with swimming pool and billiards. Please be aware that a refundable deposit will be required upon arrival, 50€/person Standard apt minimum 150€. Payable in cash only, euros.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
