This hotel, located in Playa de Las Americas, Tenerife, is just a short walk from Playa de Troya's sandy shores and the vibrant tourist center. The airport is a convenient 15-minute drive away. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants and bars offering delicious food and refreshing drinks. Guests can relax by the outdoor pool or enjoy a revitalizing swim. Rooms feature bright decor, wooden furnishings, comfortable beds, and essential amenities for a pleasant stay. Note: A €100 security deposit (credit card accepted) is required upon arrival and refunded upon departure, pending an apartment inspection. Renovations are ongoing throughout the year, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (subject to change). Some noise and minor inconvenience may be experienced during these times.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
