Para além do alojamento, dispõe de um bar com esplanada, restaurante, receção e room service 24hrs, para além de oferecer internet grátis wi-fi. A propriedade é não fumadora e está a penas a 5km da universidade do minho.Na unidade, todos os quartos dispôem de uma secretária, tv/led de grandes dimensões e canais por cabo. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
