Situated exactly in the middle of 2 small beaches, yet only 5 min stroll away from the centre of Santa Maria and the local shops and restaurants. A new and modern complex, adjacent to and partly managed by the Hotel Odjo d'Agua. This colourful property, set in a tranquil location, offers an unusual feature with 2 separate secluded beaches for the guests, the ideal place for relaxing. All apartments are air conditioned, have a bath wc, a balcony or terrace, telephone and TV. All have a fridge freezer in the kitchen area. Some apartments, have a very limited ocean view, others may have a side seaview or full sea view, at a supplement.Breakfast and dinner are served in the adjacent Hotel Odjo d'Agua.

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
