The PORTOBAY HOTEL TEATRO is a 4-star hotel in Porto belonging to the PortoBay Group. After being fully refurbished in the first half of 2021, it is now reopening its doors with a fresher, brighter and fully rejuvenated image. It is located in the theatre district, right in the historical centre of the city, in Rua Sá da Bandeira. It is just a few steps from the city's main attractions including São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, Porto Cathedral, Avenida dos Aliados, Lello Bookshop, Bolhão Market and the well-known Cais da Ribeira, the Douro riverfront. At the entrance, in the main common area of the hotel is the reception and lounge where subtle décor highlights Nordic elements, natural fabrics and light wood panelling. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
