The beginning of Playa den Bossa's long beach is only 200 meters away, and a bus stop is conveniently located next to the apartments. These one-bedroom apartments, accommodating up to four adults, are situated between Playa den Bossa and Figueretas. All apartments feature a separate bedroom, living room, air conditioning, kitchenette, mini-fridge, satellite TV, a full bathroom, and a balcony or terrace. While this complex does not have its own swimming pool, guests have access to the pool, cafeteria-bar, and solarium terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas at Apartamentos Miramola, located approximately 200 meters away on the same street.

Cancellation Policy:

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
