The apartment complex is located in the north of Fuerteventura just 10 minutes via a flight of steps to the small bay of Corralejo. It is around 2 km to the dune beach and the resort centre where guests will discover countless shopping and entertainment venues as well as bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Links to the public transport network to be found just a stone's throw away. This complex comprises 115 rooms and underwent renovation in the year 2000. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and a safe in addition to a café, a newspaper stand with a souvenir shop, a small supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, a theatre hall, a games room, a TV room, a public Internet terminal and an air-conditioned Italian restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
