We’re also very close to the old town, where you can enjoy small shops, local food, and the traditional charm of Benidorm. We are a quiet and family-friendly hotel, offering flexible and friendly service to make your stay comfortable and easy. Even though we are a peaceful place to relax, we also have a great bar and an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a drink, chat with other guests, or simply enjoy the sunshine. Our reception and guest services are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We speak several languages at the reception — including Spanish, English, German, Dutch, and more — to make communication smooth and welcoming for all our guests. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
