The Princesa Guayadeque complex is in the central area of Puerto del Carmen, ideal for a well-deserved holiday, very close to the beachfront. It's a small, comfortable, and friendly accommodation, only 400 meters from the beach. It is an ideal choice for those who want to combine relaxation with amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and others near the strip. This complex was renovated in 2019 and has a total of 26 apartments set over two floors. It features a reception area with limited opening hours. The apartments are cleaned 5 times per week, with towels changed twice and bed linen once. The apartments include a living room with satellite TV, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchenette, a safe, and a balcony or terrace. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols laid out around the well-kept gardens and solarium, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
