This apartment complex is located only about 200 metres away from the beach. Public transport links are located close by, just 200 metres from the complex. Built in 1985, the 2-floor apartment complex comprises 16 apartments. In the outdoor complex, guests will find a freshwater pool and a sun terrace. The cosy apartments comprise of a bathroom with shower, an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a fridge/minibar, a hire safe and a terrace or balcony (some are furnished and come with view of the pool). The nearest golf course is easily reached within 15 km of the complex.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
