O complexo situa-se apenas a 50 m da bonita praia de Son Xoriguer. A cerca de 250 m os hóspedes encontrarão o lago de Calan Bosch, com a sua oferta de lojas, bares, restaurantes e amenidades. A cidade mais próxima é Ciudadela, a cerca de 10 km do complexo, que poderá ser facilmente alcançada de autocarro (paragem a 20 m do complexo). Até ao aeroporto de Mahon são cerca de 50 km. O complexo foi construído em 1992 e renovado em 2005. Dispõe de um total de 53 bungalows. Os amplos bungalows encontram-se numa bonita paisagem natural e oferecem aos hóspedes as condições perfeitas para relaxar. O estabelecimento conta com uma recepção, onde serão faladas várias línguas. Os hóspedes terão ainda ao dispor um amplo hall de entrada, cofre, guichet para câmbio monetário, uma área de estar com televisão e acesso à Internet sem fios. Adicionalmente haverá serviço de lavandaria (taxa extra), serviço de limpeza a seco (externo) e os hóspedes poderão alugar um automóvel (See more)

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
