O complexo localiza-se na vila de Puerto de Mazarrón. Fica a 50 m de 2 praias: Isla e Ermita. Existem restaurantes nas imediações do hotel, bem como bares e pubs a aproximadamente 800 m. Os aeroportos de San Javier e Alicante El Altet ficam a cerca de 73 km e 117 km, respectivamente. Este complexo privado compreende um total de 25 apartamentos e foi construído recentemente. Conta com jardins em estilo mediterrânico. Existe acesso pedonal para vários níveis e escadas. O complexo apresenta também um restaurante e uma clínica de fisioterapia. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
