The complex is located beside the port, right on the seaside, 150 m from the Mediterranean Sea. This complex has 2 buildings with apartments of 1 or 2 bedrooms. It includes large garden areas, a swimming pool for adults and children, paths for maritime walks and a shopping centre where guests will find a café, an ice-cream parlour, restaurants and a variety of different shops. The 2-bedroom apartments have a fully-fitted bathroom, a dining room, a separate kitchen and excellent sea views from a private terrace. The one-bedroom apartments also feature a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a terrace and a sea views. At the Tomás Maestre marina clients can find shops, restaurants and bars. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
