Localizado em Playa de Palma, o hotel desfruta de uma posição de frente para o mar, a apenas 10 metros da praia e a 20 metros da principal área turística de Arenal e a 100 metros do centro comercial. Foi reformado em 2015 e possui um jardim de 600 m2. O Aeroporto Son San Joan fica a 8 km e a cidade de Palma está a uma distância de 12 km.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
