Para manter o legado e o espírito de Saraiva, foram os descendentes dos primeiros proprietários que assumiram o cargo, tornando o Hotel Quinta da Saraiva numa realidade num período de 3 anos, desde setembro de 2016 até à sua inauguração em novembro de 2019 - liderado pelo neto Juan Daniel Gonçalves Rodrigues. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
