Quinta da Saraiva has a family history dating back to the 15th century. In order to maintain the Saraiva legacy and spirit, it was the descendants of the first owners who took over, making Hotel Quinta da Saraiva a reality over a period of 3 years, from September 2016 until its opening in November 2019 - led by grandson Juan Daniel Gonçalves Rodrigues. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
