Description

Located in the rural region of the sleepy town of Guimarei, this 16th century farmhouse nestles amidst vineyards and orchards in an agricultural environment. Just a short drive away is the town of Santo Tirso, situated in the valley of the River Ave, where visitors will find a variety of dining and retail options. Some interesting landmarks include the Abade Pedrosa Museum, the Romanesque Church of Roriz, the Citania de Sanfins, a pre-Roman settlement, and the Caldas da Saude thermal spa. The city of Oporto and its airport are only 30 km away. The accommodation consists of four heated en-suite rooms furnished in a country décor that is in keeping with the style of the building, and supplied with all the necessities required to guarantee the comfort of the guests. A lounge with a fireplace is available for all to use and breakfast is served daily.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
