Description

This small tourist complex is located at Praia Pequena in Sintra, very near the region's most famous beaches and is part of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It lies approximately 30 km from Lisbon Airport. This family-friendly beach complex comprises a total of 11 apartments with 1 and 2 rooms and modern amenities. Facilities on offer to guests include a bar and space for meetings or events. The apartments feature a terrace overlooking the garden and the rooms have 1 or 2 beds, a bathroom and separate lounge. They all come with a private bathroom with a shower and are equipped with satellite TV, a kitchenette and a sofa that can convert into an extra bed. Furthermore, central heating units are provided in all accommodation as standard. This hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and guests can also enjoy a game of paddle tennis on the property's own paddle court.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
