Description

Situated on a working farm, this restored guesthouse is set in the picturesque area of Estoraos, just 7 km from the stately and legendary town of Ponte de Lima. In the town visitors will find a variety of places to explore like churches, chapels, monuments and museums. There are also some interesting dining and shopping options. In addition there is a restaurant within walking distance of the property. Guests are welcome to take part in the farming activities or enjoy strolling through the surrounding countryside which is a mixture of natural treasures, ancient traditions and pretty villages. The house has a rustic charm with wooden beams and stone walls and offers a fully equipped kitchen for clients to prepare their own meals. The accommodation consists of two bedroomed apartments with a private bathroom. Everything has been provided to ensure a relaxing and memorable time.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
