La casa rural se encuentra a 3 km de la ciudad de Angra do Heroísmo. Tanto Praia da Vitória como el puerto están a 25 km de la casa rural. El aeropuerto se halla a 20 minutos en coche. Esta casa rural fue la primera en dedicarse al turismo en las Azores y es el resultado de un cuidadoso proyecto de conversión de una antigua casa señorial en un alojamiento turístico. Cuenta con un total de 10 habitaciones y 7 apartamentos. También dispone de aparcamiento gratuito. Todas las habitaciones tienen ducha y secador de pelo, TV y aire acondicionado. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la piscina. Se sirve un desayuno continental o buffet. Es imprescindible informar de la hora estimada de llegada y proporcionar un número de teléfono de contacto al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de llegada. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
