Serviced apartments with easy access to the city's center and main attractions - ~5 minutes by metro from Faria Guimarães Metro station (~400m from the apartment) or ~20 minutes by foot. Our apartments are: - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge; oven; microwave; boiler; - washing machine, iron and ironing board; - dishwasher - amenities: Shampoo and soap; - bed linens included; - entertainment: Flat screen TV; cable; - free high speed WiFi; - transportation: easy access to all of Porto's points of interest through Faria Guimarães metro station; - cleaning service every 3 days (included in the price); - flexible late hours safe check-in (digicode) We also have a crib available on request for our guests that travel with small children. Please make sure to inform us about the need for installing the crib when booking so we can install it for you on a timely manner. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
