Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, and boiler, as well as a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and dishwasher. Amenities include shampoo, soap, and bed linens. Entertainment options consist of a flat-screen TV with cable and free high-speed WiFi. Cleaning service is provided every 3 days, and flexible late-night check-in is available via a secure digicode. Traveling with little ones? We can provide a crib upon request. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
