Description

Situated on Ris Beach in the Cantabrian town of Noja, this apartment complex offers a prime location just 300 meters from the golf course and even closer to the sports center. Each apartment features two spacious double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool throughout the season. Beach towels are not provided. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Free outdoor parking and paid underground garage parking are available. Guests receive a free parking permit for the surrounding 'blue zone' area upon arrival, which must be returned to reception upon departure to receive their deposit back.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
