Situado na Praia de Ris, na vila cantábrica de Noja, este complexo de apartamentos oferece uma localização privilegiada a apenas 300 metros do campo de golfe e ainda mais perto do centro desportivo. Cada apartamento possui dois quartos duplos espaçosos, um sofá-cama na sala de estar e uma varanda com mobiliário exterior. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar da piscina exterior durante toda a época. Não são fornecidas toalhas de praia. É proibido fumar dentro dos apartamentos. Estacionamento exterior gratuito e estacionamento subterrâneo pago estão disponíveis. Os hóspedes recebem uma autorização de estacionamento gratuita para a área envolvente da 'zona azul' à chegada, que deve ser devolvida à receção na partida para receberem o seu depósito de volta.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
