This family-friendly apartment complex lies at the heart of palm tree-filled gardens in the tourist centre of Corralejo, just a few paces from the nearest bay. It is a few minutes' walk to links to a taxi stand and 2 km to the dunes, which are a designated nature reserve. The airport is 36 km away. This complex comprises a 2-storey main building offering a total of 68 apartments. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and a currency exchange. In the neighbouring hotel, Atlantis Duna Park, guests are able to take advantage of further services including a babysitting service, as well as car hire (on request and for additional fees). The tasteful apartments each come with a combined lounge/bedroom, one or more separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace and a hire safe. The apartments do not have television, but one can be hired with additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
