Residencial Monte Carlo is the result of an effort to provide Porto city with a tourist accommodation that harmonized comfort, quality and affordable prices. Occupying a centenary building in the centre of Porto, it was completely renovated and equipped and today is a perfect combination of history and modernity. Is a small hotel, open all year, 24 hours a day. It's located in a renovated building equipped and decorated in 2009. Convenience, comfort and quietness available to our customers at a low price are our commitments.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
