Description

This complex is located in the Rincon de Loix area, 10 minutes walking from Levante beach. The resort is a few minutes from the shopping and entertainment area, with supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, and next to Levante hospital and one ambulatory of Social Security. There is a taxi rank and a local bus near the complex, while bus and train stations are approximately 3 km. The center of Benidorm is 5-minute drive from the complex, the theme park is 14 minutes drive and Alicante is located just 35 minutes drive. Nearby airports are: Alicante-El Altet (61 km) and Valencia (146 km). This complex has 225 terraced duplex houses and offers playground, three pools and a children pool, gardens, tennis court and an office-reception at the entrance. It is fully fenced and has a circuit security cameras, concierge day and night watchman. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
