Description

Nestled in tranquil surroundings, the eco-friendly Rio do Prado offers luxurious, energy-efficient suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and garden views. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a sun terrace, and five lakes. Seamlessly integrated with nature, the open-plan suites feature eco-chic décor, floor-to-ceiling windows, and indoor fireplaces. Most suites also include a relaxing bathtub. Select suites offer outdoor fireplaces, available upon request at booking for an additional fee of €20 per day. Each suite boasts a seating area with air conditioning, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, a minibar, and free WiFi. All suites have a shower area. Guests can savor traditional Portuguese tapas at the on-site Maria Batata Restaurant. Several cafés and bars are within a 10-minute drive. - Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
