In April 2014, the Hotel Riu San Francisco, which became the RIU Hotel chain's first establishment in 1953, opens its renovated installations. At present it is an ADULTS ONLY hotel, exclusive for over 18s and guaranteeing everything you need for a fantastic relaxing holiday. Located right next to the beach of Playa de Palma, one of the most popular areas of Mallorca, Spain, this 4-star hotel offers its clients first-quality services. Swimming pool, snack-bar, terrace-solarium and free WiFi are some of the amenities the hotel offers its guests. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
