The Royal Sunset Beach Club situated in Adeje just 100 metres from Fañabe Beach and features outdoor pools set within gardens. The resort includes a sauna and massage facilities. The spacious air-conditioned apartments at Royal Sunset Beach Club feature a kitchen and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The poolside bar offers light meals and refreshments. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
