This Rural Hotel is located in Póo de Llanes, an impressive rural area, within walking distance from the beach and 1.5 km away from Llanes, the council capital. Given the geographical situation, guests will be able to visit the mountains, Picos de Europa (25 minutes), Covadonga and lakes (45 minutes), Cangas de Onis and its Roman Bridge (35 minutes), the Jurassic Asturian Museum (25 minutes), Tito Bustillo Caves (20 minutes) and more than 30 beaches existing in the area. This establishment encourages its guests to enjoy the folklore, gastronomy, scenery and people from eastern Asturias. All the rooms are comfortable and equipped with private bathroom.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
