The apartment hotel is situated around 400 m from the beach and 800 m from the L'Estartit town centre. Guests will find restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, and nightlife and shops are around 15 minutes away on foot. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is around 60 km from the hotel and El Prat Airport is approximately 160 km away. The hotel offers 77 apartments in total and welcomes guests into a lobby with lift access. Guests arriving by car may make use of the hotel's car park (for a fee). The complex offers one, two or three-bedroom apartments, each with twin beds. Each apartment has a dining room with TV, an in-room hire safe, a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
