O complexo de apartamentos situa-se na costa norte da ilha, a cerca de 350 m da praia Arenal d'en Castell. São cerca de 20 minutos de viagem, por meio de transportes públicos, até à capital de Mahon. Existe uma ligação à rede de transportes públicos a cerca de 150 m do complexo. O complexo dispõe de um jardim de 250 m² e de 3 andares com um total de 60 apartamentos. Conta também com um bar, um restaurante climatizado, um parque de estacionamento e um parque infantil. Os hóspedes poderão adicionalmente usufruir do serviço de lavandaria. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
