Zum Strand sind es nur etwa 200 m und die Altstadt von Calella und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nach ca. 500 m erreichbar. Eine Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist lediglich 100 m vom Gebäude entfernt. Das Aparthotel bietet auf 5 Etagen insgesamt 60 Studios. Neben einer 24 h Rezeption mit Aufzug stehen den Gästen ein Minimarkt und das Restaurant und Steak House ?Safari? zur Verfügung. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
